Warren is the chef who revolutionized New Orleans Cuisine when he opened LeRuth's Restaurant in Gretna in 1966 and made history. (History)
In the mid 50s, Warren began to create a one of a kind Vanilla, which was used in numourous respected establishments around the country.
He spent his life perfecting the formula until he passed in 2001. Jacques Leruth, his grandson, decided to carry on his grandfather legacy by producing and distributing his unique Vanilla again.
